Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry AD has successfully completed the last phase of the project for the construction of a passenger rail boat. The raid boat was launched on the water, the event was accompanied by a solemn ritual and cocktail party for the employees and guests of the factory. The Director of Commerce Georgi Arabadzhiev made a welcoming speech, and he thanked the employees of the plant and the partners from the Ukrainian side for the job well done.

The raid boat was built by a team of Bulgarian and Ukrainian shipbuilders under the project "POSS - 4031" under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The vessel is named DISPATCHER and will sail in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas.
The boat is 23.27 meters long, 7.18 meters wide, 3 meters high and has a maximum draft of 1.9 meters. Its maximum speed is 18 kn, it is equipped with the main engine of "Volvo Penta". It is designed to serve ships and platforms with a capacity to carry 40 passengers. Its maneuverability and equipment also allow it to be used in offshore search and rescue operations.
