Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry EAD is a private joint stock company incorporated and existing under Bulgaria’s commercial act and has been established on 26.03.2004 after decision of varna Court.

Plamen Dimitrov has graduated High School of Mathematics in Varna, after that Naval Academy "Nikola Vaptsarov" with a major "Navigation", and "Law" in Technical University Varna.
The beginning of his professional journey started as Chief Officer on different vessels of NAVIBULGAR and Zodiac Maritime. He is in the field of shipping for 20 years,
occupying different key and management positions within the Managing of ships. From 2008 to 2011 he works as Fleet Manager in NAVIBULGAR.

Mr. Dimitrov becomes member of Industrial Holding Bulgaria EAD in January 2012 - firstly as Deputy Director Operational/Chartering department,
afterward and at present, as Managing Director of IHB Shipping Co. EAD.
In December 2017 he is elected for Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulyard Shipbulding Industry EAD.

Sasho Dobrev
Executive Director
Sasho Dobrev has graduated High School of Mathematics Varna in 1980, graduated Naval Academy "Nikola Vaptsarov" in 1985.
Worked on ships owned by NAVIBULGAR, ALFA Transport and SO "MAT" from 1985 to 2008. After that he works as Superintendant at NAVIBULGAR (2008-2012).
Mr Dobrev become member of Industrial Hodling Bulgaria in 2012, starting work as Superintendant in IHB Shipping. Only a year later he is promoted to the position
Technical Manager of the company and occupates it till 2018.
From May 2018 Sasho Dobrev is Executive Director of Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry EAD.
Galina Deneva
Member of the Management Board
She has a Master’s degree in Industry Economy and Management from the University of National and World Economy, where she has been a lecturer for more than 10 years.
In 2002, Mrs Deneva joined one of the Group subsidiaries. In 2004, she became a member of the team of the Holding and, since 2007, she has held the position of Internal Control Director.
Her main duties include structuring and developing procedures, and exercising control over the subsidiaries’ financial and operational activities. Since 2014, Mrs Deneva has been a Chief Group Financial Director,
a position she holds at present. She has extensive experience in the fields of finance and corporate governance.

Kaloyan Gunchev
Commercial Director
Kaloyan Gunchev graduated High School with Mathematic. He continued his education at Naval Academy "Nikola Y. Vaptsarov" with a major "Navigation" and completed in 2007.
His career at sea was passing through all steps applicable for navigational officer. Starting as OOW, Chief Officer in Navibulgar and IHB Shipping.
In the last years occupying the position of Master Mariner in Oldendorff Carriers.

For the period from 2012 till 2015 he was working as vessel operator in IHB Shipping.
From July 2021 he took over the position of Commercial Director in Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry EAD.
He speaks English and Russian.
Dimitar Petrov
Production Director
Dimitar Petrov has graduated High School Electrical Engineering - Varna in 1983. He continued his education at Naval Academy "Nikola Vaptsarov" with a major in "Ship Machines and Mechanisms",
where he graduated in 1988.
In the period from 1988 to 2007 he began his professional career, passing through all degrees of ship mechanic, including chief mechanic at NAVIBULGAR.
From 2007 to 2017 he worked as a Superintendent and Superintendent Ship Repair at NAVIBULGAR.
In the period 2017 to January 2021 he was a technical manager at NAVIBULGAR.
From February 2021 he took over the position of Production Director in Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry EAD.
Angel Chepishev
Technical Director
Angel Chepishev completed his secondary education at the Shipbuilding and Navigation Technical School – Varna. In 1997, he graduated from the Technical University – Varna, with a master degree in “Shipbuilding”.
His professional career started in 1997 as a technologist-inspector at Terem-KRZ Flotski Arsenal, passing through various professional levels to the position of Technical Manager. In 2006 he is appointed as class surveyor at “Bulgarian Ship Register” AD. In 2012 began his ten-year career as class inspector in the Russian Maritime Ship Register.
In August 2023, he took over the position of Technical Director at “Bulyard Shipbuilding Industry” EAD.
He is fluent in Russian and English.
